In a world filled with judgmental people, it’s hard for us to be happy with ourselves. While others drown us with their own insecurities, we also don’t let ourselves have a moment of peace. In fact, we join in and blame ourselves for things that we shouldn’t be blamed for. In times like these, we need to show ourselves kindness and not give in to what others say.
